Friday, July 24 — Day 1
- ✅ Team Check-In: Upon arrival at the fields (Gate Entrance). Coach passes are sent digitally several days before the event.
- 🏆 Home Run Contest: Time & location TBA
- 🥎 Pool Play Begins 9:00 AM — All teams play 2 games
Saturday, July 25 — Day 2
- 🥎 Bracket Play Begins 9:00 AM — Double-elimination bracket games throughout the day
Sunday, July 26 — Day 3
- 🏆 Bracket Play Concludes — Champions Crowned! Starts 9:00 AM
- Final championship games • Awards ceremony to follow

🏆 Tournament Format
Friday — Pool Play: Two 80-minute seeded pool games. Pool games may end in a tie.
Saturday — Bracket Play:
- More than 16 teams: Several small Double-Elimination brackets seeded from pool play
- 16 teams or fewer: 3-Game Guarantee (3GG) Bracket
Sunday — Final Brackets:
- Top 8 teams play in the Elite 8 Single Elimination Bracket
- Remaining teams play in Gold and/or Silver brackets depending on division size
🏅 Awards
Gold Division: Elite 8 Hats • 1st – 3rd Place Inv Awards • Tournament MVP, Offensive Player, Defensive Player, and Pitcher of the Tournament
Silver Division: 1st / 2nd Place Inv Awards • Game MVP Awards throughout pool games (awarded by umpires and staff)
📋 Game Rules — Quick Reference
- Time Limit: 80 minutes (16U & 18U)
- Run Rules: 12 after 3 • 10 after 4 • 8 after 5
- Home/Visitor (Pool): Team with most USSSA points chooses
- Home/Visitor (Bracket): Higher seed chooses
- Bracket overtime: Progressive International Tiebreaker (ITB)
- ★ NEW for 2026: Player Roster Protest Rules now in effect
