Entry Fee Payment Deadline
Entry fee must be paid to guarantee your spot. Deadline is Monday at 5pm the week of the tournament unless max teams is reached earlier. Tournament Director will notify managers of any changes.

Early Bird Adult (advance)
- Daily: $11
- Weekend: $20
Early bird pricing ends Friday at 11:59 PM (once pre-sales are open).
Regular Adult (at the gate)
- Daily: $13
- Weekend: $25

🥎 COACHES’ PASSES Managers receive a text on Wednesday with 3 free coaches’ passes that can be forwarded to other coaches on the team.
Ticket & Entry Information
- Pre‑purchase: Once pre-sales open, save time and money by buying by Friday at 11:59 PM. Pay with credit, debit, or Apple Pay.
- Payment at the Gate: Scan the QR code at the entrance and pay on your phone.
- Fast Entry: Your digital ticket is scanned at the gate; you’ll receive a wristband for the event.
- Refund Policy: No refunds after purchase day or after ticket is scanned.
- Forwarding Tickets: You can easily forward tickets to friends and family.
- Pro Tip: Add tickets to your Apple Wallet for fastest entry.
🎟 Purchase Tickets Online
Pre-sales open Wednesday at 12:00 PM — only if the weekend weather forecast is clear.
If the forecast is uncertain, we may hold pre-sales until later in the week to make sure we don’t sell tickets for a weekend that could get rained out. Watch your email for updates.
Check back Wednesday at noon. If the forecast looks good, the link goes live and early bird pricing applies through Friday at 11:59 PM.

Additional NoteEaston Bats:
- Easton demo bats will be supplied in every dugout at each complex
- BATS ARE TO REMAIN IN DUGOUTS AT ALL TIMES- INCLUDING AFTER EACH GAME!!!
- Up to 15 Rawlings Mantra Reverse Bats will be shipped out to players who hit a Homerun over the fence AND on video with the Rawlings Mantra Reverse
- IF we have over 15 players who qualify to win a bat- we will randomly select the 15 players who will receive the bat- the others will be emailed a 40% discount code (less than 15 hit on weekend will result in everyone being shipped their bat)
- If HR is hit over the fence and on video- come see Rawlings booth OR USSSA On-Site director to enter shipping information
