Entry Fee Payment Deadline
Entry fee must be paid to guarantee your spot. Deadline is Monday at 5pm the week of the tournament unless max teams is reached earlier. Tournament Director will notify managers of any changes.

Ticket & Entry Information
- Pre‑purchase: Once pre-sales open, save time and money by buying by Friday at 11:59 PM. Pay with credit, debit, or Apple Pay.
- Payment at the Gate: Scan the QR code at the entrance and pay on your phone.
- Fast Entry: Your digital ticket is scanned at the gate; you’ll receive a wristband for the event.
- Refund Policy: No refunds after purchase day or after ticket is scanned.

If the forecast is uncertain, we may hold pre-sales until later in the week to make sure we don’t sell tickets for a weekend that could get rained out. Watch your email for updates.
