MVP AWARDS

MVP AWARDS: MVP awards will be given in pool games for each team. The MVPs will be selected by the umpires and staff. Players can bring their MVP cards to the Select Series tent at the entrance of the park to redeem their award and get their picture made. The awards will be added to their player profile. Players that receive MVPs will earn an invite to the Super 60 Future Star games to be held Aug 6-8, 2027, At Mid-America West Sports Complex in Shawnee, KS.

GATE FEE

Admission Policy: Players and all children 8 & under enter free.

On sale Monday, July 13th at 9:00 AM. Early bird ends Wednesday, July 15 at 11:59 PM.

• Adult Weekend: $45
• Adult Daily: $20
• Senior (65+) Daily: $13

🥎 COACHES’ PASSES Managers receive a text with 3 free coaches’ passes that can be forwarded to other coaches on the team.

• Pre-purchase: Save time and money by buying your weekend pass during early bird — Monday, July 13 through Wednesday, July 15 at 11:59 PM. Pay with credit, debit, or Apple Pay.
• Payment at the Gate: Scan the QR code at the entrance and pay on your phone.
• Fast Entry: Your digital ticket is scanned at the gate; you’ll receive a wristband for the event.
• Refund Policy: No refunds after purchase day or after ticket is scanned.
• Forwarding Tickets: You can easily forward tickets to friends and family.
• Pro Tip: Add tickets to your Apple Wallet for fastest entry.

Tentative Event Schedule

• - Team Check-in: 8:00 am – 6:00 PM at Scrapyard Sports Complex.
• - Pool Play begins midday.
• - Skills Competition: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Field assignments to follow).
• - Skills Camp: 9:00 PM – 2:00 PM. Limited spots are available; a sign-up link will be emailed soon.
• - Pin/Card Trading: Available throughout the event.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

Deposits are due by 4/12/26 and remaining payment is due 30days prior to start date. 

Please make payments through usssa. If you do not see this event in your cart, please go to your team schedule and add to the cart. 

Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

No games 100% - One Game 75% Two Games 50% Three or more 0%

Started game that play two or more innings will be considered a game.

Fans enter at their own risk into the park. Wristbands are not refunded once entered.

Payments

Coaches, payments are due at minimum 60 days prior to the event. If you have not paid, we will remove you and add a team from waiting list.  Also, we do not refund entries once teams have paid. If you choose not to play prior to schedule being released and we can replace you, we will hold a credit for a future event in the same season only. If you drop once schedule is released, we will not refund or hold credit you forfeit the payment.

EVENT FORMAT

We will be playing three 70min pool seeding into a double elimination five inning no time limit brackets.

Umpires are included in the entry fee.
