This tournament is included on the TFL Schedule and includes a limited # of berths for the 2024 Alliance FastPitch Championship Series.  There will be one berth per 10 teams in each open or “A” age group for 12u .  Teams earning a berth, if not already registered with the Alliance and TFL will be required to register the team and players within one week of the end of the event in order to claim their berth. 

This is not a 14u AFCS qualifier

Gate fee $10 day/ $20 tourney pass .   Humans under 13 are free

This is a pay at the plate event. $50 per game.

The event’s cooperation is appreciated in supporting park rules and dealing with teams as necessary. Please stress the importance of these rules with your teams.

–Teams are not allowed to warm-up in the plaza areas, near walkways, in close proximity to spectators or pedestrians, etc.

–Dogs must be on leashes at all times and in the hands of an adult to control the animal. Animals that do not behave… such as aggressive behavior or barking… should be asked to leave the premises.

—Teams are not allowed to grill, but may “tailgate” if done in a manner respectful to the park.

–Motorhomes, RVs, etc. are not allowed to occupy more than two parking spaces and may not camp out overnight.

–No music is allowed

–No Portable Heaters

–Teams should practice “Leave No Trace” and be respectful of other teams using the dugouts and facilities in terms of litter and trash.

–Glass bottles are not allowed.

–Alcohol is not permitted.

–Smoking is allowed outside of the complex only… not within the gates. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.

–Vehicles must be in parking spaces only and may not jump the curb or access the plaza areas or pedestrian walkways for any reason.

–Scooters, bicycles, skateboards, etc. are allowed, but not in plaza or high traffic areas.

NO REFUND AFTER GAME TIMES ARE POSTED!!  $135 will not be refunded after the tournament starts. All refunds are determined as follows (Fee minus the gate divided by game guarantee) Any game started counts as a game played.
