This tournament is included on the TFL Schedule and includes a limited # of berths for the 2024 Alliance FastPitch Championship Series.  There will be one berth per 10 teams in each open or “A” age group for 12u and 10u.  Teams earning a berth, if not already registered with the Alliance and TFL will be required to register the team and players within one week of the end of the event in order to claim their berth. This is not a 14u Qualifier

Gate fee $7 / day.  $12 weekend pass. Humans under 13 are free

This is a pay at the plate event. $50 per game.

4 pool games that seed single elimination bracket.

NO REFUND AFTER GAME TIMES ARE POSTED!!  $135 will not be refunded after the tournament starts. All refunds are determined as follows (Fee minus the gate divided by game guarantee) Any game started counts as a game played.

e.g. You played 2 games.  $335 – gate fee ($135) = $200.  Refund = $200 * 3 / 5 = $120

Home team will keep the official scorebook.

Protest Policy – $50 cash at the time of the protest. If the protest is upheld by the TD the $50 is returned.

Change of Venue Notice
There may be occasions such as but not limited to inclement weather facility setbacks scheduling problems not the fault of NTFCA and other acts of nature that require NTFCA to reschedule tournament games to other nearby parks. NTFCA policy is to play all tournaments despite such unfortunate setbacks.
