Coverage Overview
USSSA team insurance provides liability and accident medical coverage for
registered teams during sanctioned games, practices, and other approved team activities.
Policy period: 8/12/2025 – 8/11/2026 (fastpitch insurance program).
Eligibility: Available to USSSA registered fastpitch teams only.

Key Policy Features
- Coverage during USSSA-sanctioned games, practices, team meetings, and award banquets.
- General liability coverage for players, coaches, managers, sponsors, and team volunteers.[attached_file:1]
- Accident Medical Expense Benefit up to $100,000 per covered accident (secondary coverage when other insurance exists).[attached_file:1]
- General liability limits of \$2,000,000 per occurrence / \$4,000,000 aggregate.[attached_file:1]
- Facility owners, sponsors, and organizations can be added as additional insureds at no extra charge.[attached_file:1]
- Premium is fully earned upon purchase and there are no cancellation refunds.[attached_file:1]
How to Purchase USSSA Team Insurance
- Log in to your USSSA manager account for the current fastpitch season.
- Select your team and confirm the team information is correct.
- Navigate to the insurance section within your team dashboard.
- Choose the coverage option, complete the enrollment form, and submit payment.
