- Bracket games require a minimum 15-minute gap between scheduled start times.

Refund Policy: Tournament officials will always make every attempt to complete the event.
In the case of a delay, the TD may change the tournament format to complete the tournament.
No credits or refunds will be necessary for a format change.
In the event a refund is necessary, allow up to 7 days for processing.
Refunds: 0 game completion / 100% Refund
1 game completion / 75% Refund
2 game completion / 50% Refund
2 game completion ALL / No Refund – Awarded based upon pool results.No Refunds after deadline to drop.
Event Rescheduled: Full credit toward new date of current event –no action needed
OR full credit toward choice of any upcoming (TIMEBLUE) event.
If refund preferred & requested within 72hrs – Full Refund -
