Thank you all for supporting this event !! Its always one of my favorite fall events !!
Please read the entire email for all important information!!
There will be a costume contest and players can wear their costumes to play in but must have a visible number on the back or sleeve . I'm asking each team to stop by the check in area sometime during the day to have your picture taken! There will be a first place award given in each age division.
TRICK OR TREATING
I'm asking all teams to please donate candy at each of the team check in areas. Trick or Treating will be held at each of the fields hut starting at 7 pm until all candy is gone!

Please check your team in before you play your first game . Entry fee is $500 cash or you must pay online.
Please make sure all guest players are added by Friday or sooner and your online roster is good and all players are added and approved there as well . There is nothing worse than having to forfeit a team out due to illegal players! Also please remember that I travel on Friday to prepare for the event and will not have access to a computer .
Game balls will be for sale for 3 for 25$ . I will not be selling dozens this weekend .
Tournament shirts will be for sale and I only ordered a small amount of extras so come early!!!
All preorders need to be picked up by noon on Saturday ..
RV PARKING
All RVS must park behind the Silver and Red quad in the unpaved dirt area .

Coaches I am planning on working on schedules today for the Monster Mash so if for any reason you are not able to play still please contact me asap ! Once schedules are released your team will be responsible for a withdrawal fee for dropping once schedules are released . I will be sending all important information to all once schedules are released .
