Cancellation Policy:  Inclement weather events will be decided by City Staff & Umpire Officials

Refund Policy:  Tournament officials will always make every attempt to complete tournament.

In the case of a delay, the TD may need to change the tournament format to complete the tournament. 

No credits or refunds will be necessary for a format change.

In the event a refund is necessary, allow 7 – 10 days for processing.

There will be NO Refunds after the deadline to drop.

Inclement weather – 

Refunds:  0 game completion / 100% Refund

                 1 game started / 75% Refund 

                 1 game completion / 75% Refund

                 2 game completion or 2nd game started / 50% Refund

                 2 game completion ALL / No Refund – Awarded based upon pool results.

Event Rescheduled:  Full credit (no action needed) toward new date of current event

                                    or full credit toward choice of Any upcoming (TimeBlue) event

or full refund if preferred & requested within 72hrs

All Refunds of All Payments made by way of Venmo will incur an $8 administration fee
