PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING NEW GUIDELINES IMPLEMENTED AS REQUIRED BY THE TEXAS STATE DIRECTOR:

• Pool games must finish the inning when used for seeding.
• Bracket games require a minimum 15-minute gap between scheduled start times.
• Sales tax will be collected on all gate fees.
• Cash is No Longer accepted at gates.

Cancellation Policy: Inclement weather events will be decided by City Staff & Umpire Officials

Rain-out Policy: Tournament & City officials will work together in making a decision ASAP
Refund Policy: Tournament officials will always make every attempt to complete the event.
In the case of a delay, the TD may change the tournament format to complete the tournament.
No credits or refunds will be necessary for a format change.
In the event a refund is necessary, allow up to 7 days for processing.
Refunds: 0 game completion / 100% Refund
1 game completion / 75% Refund
2 game completion / 50% Refund
2 game completion ALL / No Refund – Awarded based upon pool results.

No Refunds after deadline to drop.
Event Rescheduled: Full credit toward new date of current event –no action needed
OR full credit toward choice of any upcoming (TIMEBLUE) event.
If refund preferred & requested within 72hrs – Full Refund
