🎃 Just a reminder to make sure all players, including guest players, are uploaded to your online roster before the tournament ✅ Rosters need to be complete and accurate so there are no eligibility issues. Paper rosters are not needed 📋

🎃Costume Guidelines for Game Play 👻
Teams are more than welcome to wear their costumes during pool play or bracket games — it’s part of what makes this event so much fun! Many teams choose to play in costume, while others may prefer to change back into their regular uniforms — totally up to you.
If you do plan to play in costume, please make sure:
• A jersey number is visible somewhere on the costume.
• Remove any accessories that could interfere with play or cause safety issues.
We can’t wait to see all the creativity out there — this is one of the most fun weekends of the year! Let’s make it a great time and keep things safe and enjoyable for everyone.

COSTUME CONTEST WITH PRIZES!
🏆 Championship Game MVP Award
An MVP will be selected by the umpires during the championship game. The winner will receive a SOFTBALL GLOVE provided through my partnership with PlayBall Pro Shop, which will be awarded during the post-game awards ceremony.
🧤 PlayBall Pro Shop will also be on site selling gloves and a few other select items. Be sure to stop by and check them out!
