This tournament is included on the TFL Schedule and includes a limited # of berths for the 2024 Alliance FastPitch Championship Series.  There will be one berth per 10 teams for the 12u open division.  Teams earning a berth, if not already registered with the Alliance and TFL will be required to register the team and players within one week of the end of the event in order to claim the berth.  This is NOT a 14u qualifier

The Head Coach of each team entered in the event will get a year membership in the National FastPitch Coaches Association (NFCA).  Additionally, the head coach, after the tourney, will receive a coupon code for 50% of NFCA memberships for thier coaching staff.

Individual Trophies for 1st & 2nd place

$335 entry fee.

This is a pay at the plate event. $60 per game.

Balls Provided

Gate fee $10/day, $20 tourney pass.  Humans 12 and under are free

2 pool games that seed the double elim bracket.  5 Game Guarantee.

All teams go into a double elimination bracket based on pool play results.  Teams that lose early two games in the double will go into a single elim consolation bracket.

Protest Policy – $50 cash at the time of the protest. If the protest is upheld by the TD the $50 is returned.

NO REFUND AFTER GAME TIMES ARE POSTED!! $95 will not be refunded after the tournament starts. All refunds are determined as follows (Fee minus the gate divided by game guarantee) Any game started counts as a game played.  No refunds after 4 games.

e.g. You played 3 games.  $335 – $95 = $240.  Refund = $240 * 4 / 6 = $160.

Change of Venue Notice
There may be occasions such as but not limited to inclement weather facility setbacks scheduling problems not the fault of DFW Fastpitch and other acts of nature that require NTFCA to reschedule tournament games to other nearby parks. NTFCA policy is to play all tournaments despite such unfortunate setbacks.
