$10 gate fee.  Humans 12 years old and younger are free.

Protest Policy – $50 cash at the time of the protest. If the protest is upheld by the TD the $50 is returned.

NO REFUND AFTER GAME TIMES ARE POSTED!!  $80 will not be refunded after the tournament starts. All refunds are determined as follows (Fee minus the $80 divided by game guarantee) Any game started counts as a game played.

NO REFUND AFTER 2 Games Played

e.g. You played 1 game.  $230 –  $80 = $150.  Refund = $150 * 2 / 3 = $100

Change of Venue Notice
There may be occasions such as but not limited to inclement weather facility setbacks scheduling problems not the fault of DFW Fastpitch and other acts of nature that require NTFCA to reschedule tournament games to other nearby parks. NTFCA policy is to play all tournaments despite such unfortunate
