This tournament is included on the TFL Schedule and includes a limited # of berths for the 2023 Alliance FastPitch Championship Series Aug 2023.  There will be one berth per 10 teams in each open or “A” age group for 12u and 10u.  Teams earning a berth, if not already registered with the Alliance and TFL will be required to register the team and players within one week of the end of the event in order to claim their. berth.  This is NOT a 14u qualifier

THE HEAD COACH OF EACH TEAM ENTERED IN THE EVENT WILL GET A YEAR MEMBERSHIP IN THE NATIONAL FASTPITCH COACHES ASSOCIATION (NFCA).  ADDITIONALLY, THE HEAD COACH, AFTER THE TOURNEY, WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE FOR 50% OF NFCA MEMBERSHIPS FOR THIER COACHING STAFF.

This is a pay at the plate event. $60 per game.

Balls Provided

Gate fee $7/day, $12 tourney pass.  Humans 12 and under are free

2 pool games / box bracket that seed the bracket. 

All teams go into a double elimination bracket based on pool play results.

90 Min finish the innings

Higher Seed chooses home or visitor.  Same seed – flip for home

Protest Policy – $50 cash at the time of the protest. If the protest is upheld by the TD the $50 is returned.

NO REFUND AFTER GAME TIMES ARE POSTED!! $95 will not be refunded after the tournament starts. All refunds are determined as follows (Fee minus the gate divided by game guarantee) Any game started counts as a game played.  No refunds after 4 games.

e.g. You played 3 games.  $335 – $95 = $240.  Refund = $240 * 4 / 6 = $160.

Change of Venue Notice
There may be occasions such as but not limited to inclement weather facility setbacks scheduling problems not the fault of DFW Fastpitch and other acts of nature that require NTFCA to reschedule tournament games to other nearby parks. NTFCA policy is to play all tournaments despite such unfortunate setbacks.
