This tournament is included on the TFL Schedule and includes a limited # of berths for the 2023 Alliance FastPitch Championship Series Aug 2023.  There will be one berth per 10 teams in each open or “A” age group for 12u and 10u.  Teams earning a berth, if not already registered with the Alliance and TFL will be required to register the team and players within one week of the end of the event in order to claim their. berth.  This is NOT a 14u qualifier

The Head Coach of each team entered in the event will get a year membership in the National FastPitch Coaches Association (NFCA).  Additionally, the head coach, after the tourney, will receive a coupon code for 50% of NFCA memberships for thier coaching staff.

Individual Trophies for 1st & 2nd place

$335 entry fee

Gate fee $7 / day.  $12 weekend pass. Children 12 and under are free

This is a pay at the plate event. $50 per game.

Balls Provided

4 pool games. Teams move into a single elimination bracket on Sunday based on pool results – 75 minutes finish the inning -game can end in a tie – tiebreaker head to head, runs allowed, runs scored, coin flip.

NO REFUND AFTER GAME TIMES ARE POSTED!! $135 will not be refunded after the tournament starts. All refunds are determined as follows (Fee minus the $135 divided by game guarantee) Any game started counts as a game played.

NO REFUND AFTER 3 Games Played

e.g. You played 2 games.  $335 – $135 = $200.  Refund = $200 * 2 / 5 = $120

Protest Policy – $50 cash at the time of the protest. If the protest is upheld by the TD the $50 is returned.

Change of Venue Notice
There may be occasions such as but not limited to inclement weather facility setbacks scheduling problems not the fault of DFW Fastpitch and other acts of nature that require NTFCA to reschedule tournament games to other nearby parks. NTFCA policy is to play all tournaments despite such unfortunate setbacks.
