The Head Coach of each team entered in the event will get a year membership in the National FastPitch Coaches Association (NFCA). Additionally, the head coach, after the tourney, will receive a coupon code for 50% of NFCA memberships for thier coaching staff.
Individual Trophies for 1st & 2nd place
$230 entry fee.
This is a pay at the plate event. $50 per game.
$7 gate fee. Humans 12 years old and younger are free.

Protest Policy – $50 cash at the time of the protest. If the protest is upheld by the TD the $50 is returned.
NO REFUND AFTER GAME TIMES ARE POSTED!! $80 will not be refunded after the tournament starts. All refunds are determined as follows (Fee minus the $80 divided by game guarantee) Any game started counts as a game played.
NO REFUND AFTER 2 Games Played
e.g. You played 1 game. $230 – $80 = $150. Refund = $150 * 2 / 3 = $100
Change of Venue Notice
There may be occasions such as but not limited to inclement weather facility setbacks scheduling problems not the fault of DFW Fastpitch and other acts of nature that require NTFCA to reschedule tournament games to other nearby parks. NTFCA policy is to play all tournaments despite such unfortunate -
