Entry Fee Payment Deadline
Entry fee must be paid to guarantee your spot. Deadline is Monday at 5pm the week of the tournament unless max teams is reached earlier. Tournament Director will notify managers of any changes.

Early Bird Adult (advance)

For any complex on turf, all adult ticket prices increase by 10%.
Ticket & Entry Information

- Payment at the Gate: Scan the QR code at the entrance and pay on your phone.
- Fast Entry: Your digital ticket is scanned at the gate; you’ll receive a wristband for the event.
- No Refunds After Entry: Once wristband is issued and you enter, tickets are non‑refundable.
- Early Bird Rain‑Out Policy: Early bird tickets are refundable (minus processing fees) only if the event is completely rained out before play begins.
